National Smile Month 2018
National Smile Month is the largest and longest-running campaign to promote good oral health. It is run by the National Oral Health Foundation and promotes sharing positive messages and engaging others in developing and maintaining a healthy mouth.
Their messages are:
- Brush your teeth last thing at night and on at least one other occasion with a fluoride toothpaste.
- Cut down on how much sugary food and drink you have, and how often you have them.
- Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend.
Ultimately, the aim is to help us achieve good physical and mental well being by improving our oral health.

We are supporting National Smile month by asking…
